മഴക്കെടുതി രൂക്ഷമായ കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയുടെ മലയോര മേഖലയില് ദുരിതം കൂടുന്നു. തീക്കോയി വെള്ളികുളം ടൗണില് ഉണ്ടായ ഉരുള്പൊട്ടലില് നാലു പേര് മരിച്ചു. ഏഴു പേരാണ് ഉരുള്പൊട്ടലില് അകപ്പെട്ടത്.
